This project includes a three-bedroom, two-bath single-family home with a kitchen, living room, dining room, office, and attached garage, along with a detached two-bedroom, two-bath ADU. It is currently under County review for building permits and is being prepared for contractor bidding to move into construction.

Proposed Home Front and Back Elevation

Above all, the design emphasizes sustainability, climate responsiveness, and energy efficiency; ensuring that the rebuilt home is not only beautiful and contextual, but resilient and future-conscious.

Proposed Home and ADU Axonometric Drawing

The design takes a new-build approach shaped by an intensive, collaborative partnership with the homeowners. It draws inspiration from mid-century Los Angeles dingbat typologies, combined with subtle Japanese residential influences and spaces that reflect elements of the homeowners’ cultural background.
