This project consists of a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath single-family home with a kitchen, living room, dining room, and den, along with a detached loft Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). It is now moving into the permitting and construction documentation phase within our program.

The homeowners are deeply engaged in their community and committed to preserving the character and context of their neighborhood. At their direction, we drew inspiration from the historic Janes Village precedent in Altadena.
The design follows a like-for-like approach while integrating modern elements, including a carport and a detached ADU intended as a potential rental option for other displaced neighbors.
