2026 Annual Fundraiser: City Boom!

We celebrated 2026 at Office Of: Office’s Annual Fundraiser with a handmade cardboard city, incredible food and drinks from Café Tondo, zines of our major projects, and a program highlighting our storefront design work. It warmed our hearts to look around and see so many friends, collaborators, small businesses, neighbors, and city partners together in one space.
CITY BOOM! spotlighted our Jobs and Economic Development Incentive (JEDI) Zones storefront facade improvement work in partnership with the City of LA’s Community Investment Department (CID). We are working on nearly 30 storefronts in five historically underserved zones across LA, including in Watts, Hollywood, and San Pedro. We design each storefront remodel hand-in-hand with the small business owners and aim to reflect their unique identities, histories, and goals. We can’t wait to unveil the new facades!
The event wouldn’t have been possible without our dedicated and dextrous staff, our thoughtful board, and the incredible generosity of supporters like you. We were able to raise $70,000!
