We support small businesses in JEDI Zones across Los Angeles by providing community-informed design and technical assistance for storefront facade improvements.
Through the JEDI Zones Facade Improvement Program, we are supporting exterior storefront improvements for small businesses along underserved commercial corridors across Los Angeles to enhance curb appeal, reduce blight, and strengthen neighborhood economies.

Typical JEDI Facade Improvement Roadmap
In partnership with the City of Los Angeles Economic & Workforce Development Department (EWDD), we began design services for 24 storefronts in areas including Avalon, Goodyear, Hollywood, San Pedro, and Watts.
Our work includes on-site engagement, technical assistance, and contextual design support developed in collaboration with small business and property owners, local Council Offices, and nonprofit partners. This effort builds on our Storefronts LA! initiative, which advances small business development in low- and moderate- income communities through community-informed design and implementation support.
