We designed an urban installation in Hollywood.
This project blurs the line between public and private space. We designed a public space on private property that blends seamlessly with the sidewalk to inspire conversation about what Hollywood residents, professionals, and visitors would like to see in the community’s public realm.
We created a series of custom-built cartoon-like structures that incorporated a range of amenities, such as trees, tables, seating, and wayfinding signage. This project represents a type of “fuzzy urbanism” that invites a critical conversation on future investments.
