Principal Regional Planner; SCAG
Andrés Carrasquillo is an urban planner living and working in Los Angeles. As a Principal Regional Planner at the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG), Andrés helps cities and counties to implement projects that meet regional priorities, which include increasing walking and biking as safe modes of transportation and planning for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Andrés earned his Masters in Urban and Regional Planning at the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs, with a certificate from the Urban Humanities Initiative, and his Bachelor’s in Creative Writing at Northwestern University.
